The Villas at Le Marin is our latest venture. The Villas are the first ranch-style condominiums in the Port Clinton area.  The community features single-story homes, a village-like atmosphere, plush landscaping and a private marina.  As a condominium, the Villas offers its owners maintenance-free living.  A team of professionals makes all needed exterior repairs, and does all the necessary painting, maintenance, leaf removal and lawn care. Monthly maintenance fees are only $145.00 per month.
