The Villas at Le Marin is a condominium development with one-story, duplex buildings consisting of 2 units per building. A total number of 9 buildings are being built totaling 18 units. Each unit consists of approx. 1814 sq. ft. of living space, (excluding garage). Or  approx. 2300 square feet with attached two car garage.

The condominium features fiber-cement 8-inch lap siding.  The siding is similar to that being used at the new Harbor's Edge Condominiums at the Catawba Island Club.  The color scheme is Tan with White trim.  Each building will feature natural "Catawba Stone" or limestone stonework along portions of the front and sides of each building.  The roof is comprised of a "Horizon Blue" asphalt shingle.
A double window with a glass arch is featured on the front of each unit.  An exterior lamp is featured on the outermost side of each garage door.  The overall exterior feel of each building in the Villas at Le Marin  parallel  those buildings already present in the Le Marin Condominiums.
The grounds around the Villas at Le Marin development are landscaped with the same feel as in the surrounding two developments.  The grounds in the Villas are maintained regularly and reflect the quality already seen in the Residences at Le Marin and the Le Marin Condominiums.
